Triple Creek Brings Web-Based Mentoring to SHRM Members and ASTD Chapter

(Greenwood Village, Colorado) Triple Creek Associates has partnered with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Chicagoland Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development (CCASTD) to provide web-based mentoring to their respective members.

Through these strategic alliances, Triple Creek will expose HR professionals to the benefits web-based mentoring can have on their own careers and development. Members will act as mentors to one another and share critical knowledge and skills through development relationships.

CCASTD will offer Triple Creek's Open Mentoring® program to all of their approximately 1,000 members, while SHRM plans to make it available to their more than 225,000 members.

Oakley says CCASTD hopes to reach out to potential new members as well, saying the organization wants to "champion mentoring across the Chicagoland area."
