DENVER, August 15, 2011—Triple Creek, the leader in enterprise mentoring and structured social learning software, today announced the addition of several major new reputation management features to its Open Mentoring® platform. Designed to foster people-to-people collaborative learning for organizations with multiple thousands of knowledge workers, Triple Creek’s Open Mentoring software helps companies to quickly close employee skill gaps, build deep enterprise-wide expertise and increase overall employee speed to competence.
Available immediately as part of Open Mentoring® 5, the new features include:

Achievements, a badging and rewards systems that provides users a mechanism for validating the competencies in their profiles. Example achievements include creating an engagement with a certain competency, joining an engagement that is focused on a specific competency, or mastering a competency.
“Open Mentoring has quickly become the foundation for successful people-to-people collaborative learning programs across many large organizations representing a diverse set of industries,” said Randy Emelo, President and CEO, Triple Creek. “The addition of the reputation system to Open Mentoring 5 gives even more power to learners and advisors, allowing for additional informational context, more control over the learning experience and ultimately, increased speed to competence across the enterprise.”
