| (Greenwood Village, Colorado) – Triple Creek is pleased to announce two new Directors of Client Services Consulting as we expand our team and deepen our bench strength. Talethea Best will oversee the East Region and Lisa Graham will oversee the West Region.
Both Talethea and Lisa bring with them a robust background in diversity and inclusion and learning effectiveness. Their wealth of knowledge, experience and talent will help them address our clients' needs as they implement and expand their mentoring programs.
Talethea Best
Prior to joining Triple Creek, Talethea Best led global learning strategies and development for the Consulting practice of Hewitt Associates and was head of Global Talent Development at Aon Corporation. In her role at Aon, she launched Open Mentoring®, Aon's first-ever web-based mentoring effort, for which her team was recognized as a top finalist for SHRM's 2008 Human Capital Leadership Award. Her experience spans leading global engagement surveys, instituting multi-level formal and informal learning programs, building organizational capability, and increasing talent pipelines.
Lisa Graham
Lisa Graham, SPHR, comes to Triple Creek from Dell, where she successfully implemented and expanded Dell's global mentoring program using Open Mentoring®. As part of this project, she designed and implemented education, marketing, and reporting for the international rollout of the Mentoring at Dell program. Lisa co-facilitated a presentation about Dell's program and her strategies for success as related to employee productivity and engagement at the 2010 ASTD International Conference in Chicago. Lisa's strengths and experience center around business impact, producing measurable results through effective programs and solutions in cooperation with key stakeholders, and generating and verifying learning results utilizing methodologies of thought leaders in the learning effectiveness field (Brinkerhoff, Kirkpatrick, Bersin).
Through their previous roles as mentoring champions, Lisa and Talethea have firsthand knowledge of what works best when implementing an enterprise mentoring solution. "They will be a powerful resource to help our clients strategize and plan for successful implementation, expansion and sustainment of Open Mentoring®," says Karen O'Connor, Vice President of Client Services for Triple Creek. "Through their experience, we can help our clients better align mentoring to their business strategy and achieve measurable business results."
We warmly welcome Lisa and Talethea to the Triple Creek team!
