Triple Creek Associates conducted a survey of 1,323 mentees and mentors at 13 client organizations and found that the use of web-based Open Mentoring® brings positive results to participants' productivity and effectiveness.

• 88% agreed that their productivity/effectiveness increased due to e-mentoring experiences.
• Mentees and mentors both felt the impact in areas such as leadership skills, interpersonal effectiveness, expanding networks, and confidence in role.
• On-the-job training and mentoring/coaching were rated as more effective than e-learning.
• 97% of people who spent at least one hour a month on mentoring reported satisfaction with their relationships.
