What are the Open Mentoring® Awards?
Q: What are the Open Mentoring® Awards? A: Presented by Triple Creek, makers of Open Mentoring®, the Open Mentoring® Awards are designed to recognize organizations whose use of Open Mentoring® offers a best practice example related to the innovative ways in which mentoring, knowledge sharing and structured social learning can spread across an enterprise.
A: The awards are open to any company currently using Open Mentoring®.

Q: Is there an application fee? A: No, there is no fee to apply for this award.
Q: How many winners will be chosen? A: There is no set number of winners chosen. Instead, we will recognize as many deserving organizations as that year’s crop of nominations calls for.

Q: When will winners be notified? A: February, 2012.
A: Winners will receive a plaque presented at Triple Creek's annual Executive Symposium, a paper certificate presented to champions, and electronic certificates (i.e., a graphic or icon) that they can post online, such as in their LinkedIn account. They will also be included in press releases about the award, and will appear in case studies showcasing best-in-class use of Open Mentoring®.
