President and CEO
 Randy Emelo has over 25 years of experience in management, training and leadership development. He led the design and development of Triple Creek’s award-winning, patent-pending web-based mentoring program, Open Mentoring®. Randy is a prolific author and highly respected thought leader in the fields of mentoring, learning, and knowledge sharing. His articles have appeared in T+D, Chief Learning Officer, Talent Management, Diversity Executive, Industrial and Commecial Training, and Learning Circuits. Randy holds a master’s degree in organizational design and effectiveness from the Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara, CA.

VP of Operations
 In his role as VP of Operations, Chris oversees both the internal and external, client servicing operations of Triple Creek. He focuses on ensuring the successful implementation and growth of clients' mentoring initiatives and leading the internal operations of the company. Chris has over 15 years of management, business consulting, and organizational development experience. Prior to joining Triple Creek, he worked at Keane Consulting Group in both internal and external capacities. On the external consulting side, Chris provided business process consulting services to clients in a variety of industries/sectors, including insurance and financial services, IT, manufacturing and government. On the internal side, he served as the Organizational Development Manager and was responsible for all learning and development and knowledge management programs. Chris has also worked in the nonprofit sector in development and counseling/life-coaching capacities. Chris holds MBA and BS degrees from the University of Notre Dame.

VP of Product Development/IT
 Mark Sanner is V.P. of Product Development/IT for Triple Creek, where he oversees the IT department and manages the full development process for maintenance and upgrades of Triple Creek’s current web-based mentoring products, as well as continuing creation of new products. Mark has over 15 years of software development and implementation experience, coupled with leadership, entrepreneurial and legal expertise. Prior to joining Triple Creek, he was President of JAMLogic Software, Inc. and successfully sold that business to Advantage Payroll Services, becoming their VP/Human Resource Services. He also worked as Senior Development Manager for Paychex, where he led the introduction and growth of Paychex HROnline to over 5000 clients in three years. Mark is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and University of Connecticut. He is a lawyer and active member of the Florida and Colorado Bar Associations.

VP of Sales
 Frank Dunn is responsible for sales operations, revenue growth, strategy and planning. He oversees the sales team and provides valuable insights to the leadership team based on his extensive experience with driving double- and triple-digit revenue growth in Human Resource and Talent Management software solution organizations. Frank has more than 35 years of experience in global human capital management software sales, during which he helped launch and build four enterprise software companies. Well-versed in building sales organizations from scratch and/or reorganizing existing teams to win, Frank began his enterprise software career in sales at human capital management pioneers Information Science and Integral Systems. Over his career, Frank served in various executive sales leadership roles including Vice President Sales at PeopleSoft, Vice President Sales and General Manager at Lawson Software, and Vice President Sales and Member of the Management Committee of Recruitsoft, where he was a key member of the original team that launched Taleo. A recent member of the President’s Advisory Board at The Olin College of Engineering in Needham, MA, Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Notre Dame and a Master’s Degree from The State University of New York at Albany.
